If you’re considering making your dog a show-dog, Showing and Conformation Training will not only help your pup learn how to behave on stage, but will also help you learn how to best handle your dog in the most successful and ethical way!

Showing The Positive Way
8 Sessions
Dog shows should be fun, for both you and your pup – but don’t get us wrong, they’re a lot of work! In this program you’ll learn the basic handling skills needed in conformation shows, taught through positive reinforcement so that both you and your dog enjoy the experience during training and during the show. We want you to be able to have fun while your dog shows off his best self! (And even comes home with a ribbon!)
What We'll Work On
Gait - teaching the dog to move at the correct speed and in the correct position without pulling
Stacking - teaching your dog to stand in a still position either on the ground or on a table if they are a small dog
Examination - teaching your pup to be comfortable with others touching and handling them
